I've always thought of Madonna as pretty much nondrinking, nonsubstance-abusing kinda gal. Suddenly it hit me rewatching this today: she is drunk. Listen to her voice. The normal Madonna has a pretty thin almost nasal tone; this voice, however, is relaxed and projecting, she's speaking from her diaphragm. I'm telling you, she's been drinking. And that explains pretty much everything here.
What shocks me most is how much like Sarah Jessica Parker's ugly sister she looks in this (21 minutes long) broadcast ...
